Optimize Your Preparation
Zwift racing can't prepare you for everything. Structured training is a cornerstone of any successful preparation plan. We'll take a power-based approach and seasonal perspective to preparing you to perform at your best when it matters most. Our club workouts are designed with the intent to:
Improve sustainable power (FTP) to with control in the peloton
Improve you punch to respond to attacks and repeat
RC Club Workouts are an exclusive meet-up for Rouleur Level Members. Become a member and join us every Sunday at 10AM. See details below for accessing the club training plan. Train together, succeed together.
Connect to the Training Plan:
Custom built workouts will be provided to members via TrainingPeaks. To receive the workouts:
1. Register for a free TrainingPeaks account
2. Add Kyle Boorsma as a "coach" or "shared coach"
Login to TrainingPeaks. Click Settings, Coaches, Enter email: firstname.lastname@example.org, Click Add, Save & Close
Connect Zwift & Training Peaks:
Login to your profile at Zwift. Under "Connections", Click TrainingPeaks. Enter your TrainingPeaks username & password.
Joining the Meet-Up:
Rouleur Level Club Members will receive an invite to the meet-up via the Zwift Companion App.
Accessing the Workout
Start Zwifting and Join the Meet-Up. Before the meet-up begins click the Menu button. Click the Workout icon to select a workout. Click the "TrainingPeaks Custom Workout" dropdown menu bar. Select the day's workout. Click Workout. Click Back to resume the meet-up.
